How is my assessment calculated?
Assessments are based on the following formula:
Per $100 of New Castle County assessed value x .2575 = total assessment

When are assessment bills mailed?
Annual assessment bills are mailed mid-June.
When is my assessment due?
Your bill runs from July 1st through June 30th and is due July 31st.

Can I pay my bill in person?
